Our booking engine is found at symplebook.me, and for electronic payment processing, we use Stripe. They support the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Provision of Services
To receive the service from Cancun Tequila Tasting, you must provide the aforementioned documents at the restaurant, marina, or place of service. We reserve the right to provide the service if they are not presented:
- Purchase coupon
- If the service is purchased through our website or a sales executive, the coupon may be presented digitally or physically.
- The coupon must be shown in print if the service was obtained from a third party.
- Your booking is not transferable or refundable.
- Official ID of the coupon holder
- ID is required with a legible photo, name and signature
- In case of not carrying the ID, a photo of the identification will be accepted.
*Tequila Tasting at the Lighthouse Restaurant, Tequila Tasting on a boat in Cancun, Tequila Tasting at el Morro Restaurant, Tequila Tasting & Pairing at el Morro Restaurant, as well as Tequila Tasting & Mixology at el Morro Restaurant, do not have ticket office, so that documents must be shown to the tequilero or waiter when arriving at the meeting point.
- After presenting the requested documentation, you will be invited to go to the corresponding area to receive your service and enjoy the experience.
- Remember only to deliver your coupon and identification at the appropriate place; do not deliver these documents to individuals who are not wearing the uniform.
- In case you have purchased the transportation service, the units do not have a company logo, so it is crucial to be aware at the scheduled location and time.
- For any modification or cancellation, please review our cancellation and refund policies.
- Clients with special needs who require assistance can contact us at the phone number or email listed at the end of the document to communicate their requirements.
- If you have any allergies such as nuts, dairy, fish or any other food, please notify us at the time of your reservation.
- If you have a special reason for choosing us to celebrate, please let us know in advance. We love to welcome couples, families, and friends.

Replacements, refunds, and returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you find it necessary to return an item, we’ll do everything we can to make the transaction as easy as possible. To arrange this, please contact us at +1 949 294 4719, Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. (local time) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please be aware that any bottle of tequila that has been opened cannot be replaced by Cancun Tequila Tasting.
- All returned products must be returned in good condition, with all packaging intact and within 14 days of delivery of the products to the customer.
- All returns or refunds will be arranged within 30 days of our acceptance after safe receipt of the returned products.
- As proof, you must show the purchase ticket.
- The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item.
Payments & Billing
- If you require an invoice, please send your request to the email email@example.com, within a period not exceeding 24 (twenty-four) hours after making the purchase; otherwise, it might not be possible to generate tax receipts after that time.

- Cancun Tequila Tasting reserves the right to accept or reject any transaction.
- At the time of checking in or making a product purchase, Cancun Tequila Tasting may request the valid bank card and official identification of the cardholder who made the payment.
- We remind you that payments and purchases made directly in our establishments will be made in Mexican pesos (national currency) at the establishment’s exchange rate, so the amount may vary; Said variation will be reflected in proof of payment.
- We have a secure server under the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, in such a way that the information sent to us is encrypted to ensure its protection, thus guaranteeing a secure purchase over the Internet.
Refunds & Cancellation Polocy
- More than 7 (seven) days prior to the experience day, cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 7 (seven) to 0 (zero) days before the reservation date or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable.
- Cancellations that apply under the established policies must be made through the telephone numbers and emails that appear at the end of this document. If you do not use your coupon, or do not show up on the reserved day, it will not be refundable.

Change of visit date
- For any change in the date of your reservation, this must be notified 48 hours in advance of the start of your experience. You must contact us through our telephone numbers or via email, said information can be found at the end of the document.
- You may reschedule your experience for another date within 365 calendar days from the date of purchase; changes are subject to venue availability.
- As long as they are made 48 hours prior to the time of your reservation, date adjustments are free of charge.
Our experiences involve alcoholic beverages, so by law, only people over 18 years of age can participate in the service.
No one who is not of legal drinking age in their nation or who is a resident of a country may purchase products from our website. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are of legal age. Because of this, we reserve the right to reject any order, and customers are not permitted to transfer their orders to anyone else. If you are purchasing products as a gift, the recipient must also be of legal age.This is the buyer’s responsibility. At the time of delivery, our sellers reserve the right to request identification if they have any concerns about the recipient’s age.
- It is not recommended to bring minors as companions.

Photo & Video Service
In all our establishments we have a team of specialists in photography. Unless it is purchased as an extra service, the cost of the experience does not include the aforementioned service.
- The number of persons is factored into the costs of photo packages.
- Drone video is not a part of our services.
- Photos and videos are shared digitally. Printed photography has an additional cost.
- The content will only be available for 72 hours after being sent, so it is recommended that you download it immediately after the link has been sent.
