Know Before You Book
- This tour is fully private for your group only.
- To reserve the service, a deposit of 125 USD is required, the rest will be paid at the time of check-in, by bank transfer or cash.
- For this activity it is important to be 30 minutes prior to your meeting time.
- All customers must present your admission tickets, the credit card with which they made their purchase and an official ID that matches the cardholder, at the time of check-in.
- It is required that everyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult. Be sure to bring the ID of the minors if required.
- All activities are subject to weather conditions.
- Guest are permitted to bring their own food and drinks on the tour
- Only in the services of 6 and 8 hours it will be possible to sail to Isla Mujeres
- This activity requires an additional payment of dock fee; the price is 15 USD per person. Will be collected upon arrival.
- The Tequila Tasting experience will take place before you board the yacht.
What to bring
- Passport or official identification of your country (original or photo).
- Confirmation ticket.
- Bathing suit.
- Protection from the sun – hat, sunglasses, long sleeve shirt or rash guard, biodegradable sunblock, etc.
- Towel and change of clothes.
- Comfortable shoes (flip flops or water shoes).
- Camera (recommended only if waterproof).
- Cash for tips and photo service.
Meeting Point
We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 14.5, in the Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo. You can find us on the pier next to Fred’s restaurant, located in the parking lot.
Additional information
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time at the meeting point. In case of late arrival time will be deducted from your tour.
- We recommend bringing your own towel and dry clothes.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Remember: this tour doesn’t offer food or additional beverages.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel the reservation before 7 days of your experience and you will be able to get a full refund.If you cancel within less than 7 days up to 48 hours from the start of your experiences, you will get a 50% refund.
- Any cancellation with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
- Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must notify us within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
- The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.

- Tickets must be used the same day of the reservation, are personal and cannot be given nor sold, non transferable.
