We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 14.5, in the Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo. You can find us on the pier next to Fred’s restaurant, located in the parking lot.

- A prior reservation is required to make your ticket valid.
- To provide the service, you must present your legible printed or digital ticket corresponding to the experience. Visitors are required to show an eligibility ID or another legal document.
- Your ticket will be valid only on the specified hour and date.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel the reservation before 48 hours of your reservation and you will be able to get a full refund.
- If you cancel with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
- Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must be notified within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
- The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.
