Know Before You Book

• This experience is only for people over 18 years old; a valid ID will be required for this activity.
• Maximum weight allowed: 450 lbs. per Jet Ski.
• No previous experience is required.
• Please note that if you suffer from back, neck, or joint problems or are pregnant, you should carefully consider whether to participate in the activity.
  
• An additional charge of 20 USD of dock tax will be charged at the time of check-in. This additional charge is per jet ski.
  
• It is not allowed to carry a camera of any kind, a cell phone, a drone, or any valuables during the jet ski experience.
  
• Your confirmation will be sent at the time you reserve your service. Please present your reservation voucher when you check in.
• It is important to arrive 30 minutes before the start of your service to check in.
• All customers must present their admission tickets, the credit card with which they made their purchase, and an official ID that matches the cardholder at the time of check-in.
• The tequila tasting experience will take place after you finish the jet ski activity.

What to bring

• Passport or official identification of your country (original or photo)
• Confirmation ticket or reservation
• Swimwear
• Sun protection: hat or cap, sunglasses, long-sleeved shirt, biodegradable sunscreen, etc.
• Towel and change of clothes for after the end of the activity
• Comfortable footwear (sandals or water shoes)
• Great attitude
• Cash for tips & souvenirs

Meeting  Point

We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 14.5, in the Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo. You can find us on the pier next to Fred’s restaurant, located in the parking lot.

Additional information

• A prior reservation is required to make your ticket valid.
• To provide the service, you must present a legible printed or digital ticket corresponding to the experience. Visitors are required to show an eligibility ID or another legal document.
  
• Your ticket will be valid only on the specified hour and date.
• Your ticket is personal and cannot be given nor sold, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
• For those who require help to board or a special area to be seated please notify one of our staff members
• Please note that if you suffer from back, neck, or joint problems or are pregnant, you should carefully consider whether to participate in the activity.
  
• This activity requires good weather. If canceled due to bad weather, you will be offered to reschedule for a different date or a full refund.
  
• It is not allowed to board with cell phones, cameras, drones, or other valuables.

• Transportation from your hotel is not included in the price of your ticket.
  
• Schedules at: 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, and 17:00, every day.
  

Cancellation policy

• You can cancel the reservation before 48 hours of your reservation and you will be able to get a full refund.
• If you cancel with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
• Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must be notified within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
• The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.
