Know Before You Book
- The tequila tasting experience will take place after you finish the speedboat activity.
- All guests must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.
- Guests who show signs of intoxication from drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate.
- The maximum weight capacity is 530 lbs. (240 kg) per speed boat.
- You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to drive the speedboat.
- It is not allowed to carry a camera of any kind, a cell phone, a drone, or any valuables during the jet ski experience.
- This service requires a payment of $20.00 USD per person prior to boarding, payable in cash for the use of natural marine elements (Art. 198 of the Federal Rights Law), payable on the day of your activity.
- If you are pregnant or have had recent surgery, have asthma, severe back or neck pain, or claustrophobia, you should not participate.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If you cancel due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund.
- MUSA gallery at Punta Nizuc National Park is only open to intermediate and advanced swimmers and during favorable weather conditions.
- For the shared speedboat option, a minimum of two people is necessary. If by accident 1 person books under this price and there isn’t someone to share a speedboat with, an additional 35 USD will be charged at the moment of check-in.
- Arriving 30 minutes prior to your departure time.
- All customers must present a credit card and I.D. matching the credit card holder at the moment of check-in.
- Smoking, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and drugs are forbidden on the tour.
What to bring
- Passport or government-issued I.D.
- cell phone (in the event that we need to contact you or you need to contact us prior to the excursion).
- Bathing suit (which I already have on)
- Protection from the sun: hat, sunglasses, long-sleeve shirt or rash guard, biodegradable sunblock, etc.
- Towel and change of clothes for after the excursion
- Shoes that can get wet (flip-flops or water shoes are fine)
- Camera (recommended only if waterproof)
- If you would like to take your cell phone on the excursion for photos, make sure it is waterproof or bring a ziplock bag to store it in.
- Cash for tips & photo service
- DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLES OR ITEMS THAT CANNOT GET WET
- Lost items are very hard to find in the water.
Meeting Point
We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 14.5, in the Hotel Zone, Cancun, Quintana Roo. You can find us on the pier next to Fred’s restaurant, located in the parking lot.

- A prior reservation is required to make your ticket valid.

- Your ticket will be valid only for the specified hour and date.
- Your ticket is personal, cannot be given or sold, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
- For those who require help to board or a special area to be seated please notify one of our staff members
- Please note that if you suffer from back, neck, or joint problems or are pregnant, you should carefully consider whether to participate in the activity.
- This activity requires good weather. If canceled due to bad weather, you will be offered to reschedule for a different date or a full refund.
- It is not allowed to board with cell phones, cameras, drones, or other valuables.
- Smoking, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and drugs are forbidden on the tour.
- We recommend that you bring your own towel and dry clothes.
- Transportation from your hotel is not included in the price of your ticket.
- Schedules at 9:00, 12:00, and 15:00 every day.
Cancellation policy
- You can cancel the reservation before 48 hours of your reservation and you will be able to get a full refund.
- If you cancel with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
- Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must be notified within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
- The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.
