Know Before You Book

The tequila tasting experience will take place after you finish the speedboat activity.

All guests must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.

Guests who show signs of intoxication from drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate.

The maximum weight capacity is 530 lbs. (240 kg) per speed boat.

You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to drive the speedboat.

It is not allowed to carry a camera of any kind, a cell phone, a drone, or any valuables during the jet ski experience.

This service requires a payment of $20.00 USD per person prior to boarding, payable in cash for the use of natural marine elements (Art. 198 of the Federal Rights Law), payable on the day of your activity.

If you are pregnant or have had recent surgery, have asthma, severe back or neck pain, or claustrophobia, you should not participate.

Subject to favorable weather conditions. If you cancel due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund.

MUSA gallery at Punta Nizuc National Park is only open to intermediate and advanced swimmers and during favorable weather conditions.

For the shared speedboat option, a minimum of two people is necessary. If by accident 1 person books under this price and there isn't someone to share a speedboat with, an additional 35 USD will be charged at the moment of check-in.

Cancellation policy

More than 7 (seven) days prior to the experience day, cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 7 (seven) to 0 (zero) days before the reservation date or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable.

Cancellations that apply under the established policies must be made through the telephone numbers and emails that appear at the end of this document. If you do not use your coupon, or do not show up on the reserved day, it will not be refundable.
