Know Before You Book

• For this experience, it’s important to be 10 minutes at the meeting point, before the time of your activity.
• A minimum of 2 people is required for this experience
• All customers must present their admission tickets, the credit card with which they made their purchase, and an official ID that matches the cardholder, at the time of check-in.
• This experience is only for people over 18 years old; a valid ID will be required for this experience.

Meeting  Point

We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 9, in the Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo. You can find us at the restaurant “El Morro Modern Mexican Kitchen”, located on the second floor of the mall “Forum”.

Additional information

• A prior reservation is required to make your ticket valid.
• To provide the service, you must present your legible printed or digital ticket corresponding to the experience. Visitors are required to show an eligibility ID or another legal document.
• Your ticket will be valid only on the specified hour and date.
• Your ticket is personal and cannot be given nor sold, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
• The transportation from your hotel is not included in the price of your ticket. 
• Schedules at: 12:00, 13:00, 15:00, 16:00 every day.
• Private tequila tasting for Airbnb o big groups (contact us in a private message)
• Menu: welcome mexican cocktail “Cantarito Loco”, tortilla chips and sauces. Silver tequila with fish and shrimp ceviche toast. Reposado tequila with 1 shrimp taco. Extra Añejo tequila with taco al pastor. Coffee and walnut liqueur with vanilla ice cream and Damiana liqueur.

Cancellation policy

• You can cancel the reservation before 48 hours of your reservation and you will be able to get a full refund.
• If you cancel with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
• Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must be notified within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
• The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.
