We are located at Boulevard Kukulcan, km 9, in the Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo. You can find us at the restaurant “El Morro Modern Mexican Kitchen”, located on the second floor of the mall “Forum”.

- A prior reservation is required to make your ticket valid.
- To provide the service, you must present your legible printed or digital ticket corresponding to the experience. Visitors are required to show an eligibility ID or another legal document.

Cancellation policy
- You can cancel the reservation before 48 hours of your reservation and you will be able to get a full refund.
- If you cancel with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
